By accessing and using B & R Music Group's services and membership platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Membership Rules
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months. Members are expected to maintain professional conduct within the community forums and portals.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your original music and content. B & R Music Group claims no ownership over the intellectual property you submit, distribute, or promote through our services, unless explicitly stated in a separate label agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
B & R Music Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or reputation.
