B & R Music Group was born from a frustration shared by countless independent artists: raw talent alone isn't enough. Without a team — without distribution, radio access, branding, and industry connections — even the most gifted creators struggle to break through. We set out to change that.

What started as a management company has grown into a nine-division ecosystem spanning record labels, distribution, touring, television, radio, membership group and artist development. Each division was built to solve a specific pain point those independent artists faced, and together they form a complete support system — a team — that any member can tap into.
