• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Booking & Marketplace Data: Service listings, booking requests, pricing, and transaction records between members and clients.
• Content Submissions: Music files, photos, videos, EPK content, blog submissions, and other materials you upload to the platform.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction data collected through cookies and analytics.
• Communications: Messages sent through our contact forms, support tickets, and in-platform messaging.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• Create and manage your membership account and provide access to tier-specific features.
• Process membership payments, service purchases, and marketplace bookings through Stripe.
• Facilitate bookings between members and clients, including scheduling and payment distribution.
• Distribute payments to members via Stripe Connect, including platform fee collection.
• Display your public EPK, services, and booking availability on the marketplace.
• Send transactional emails, membership updates, and important account notifications.
• Moderate content, enforce our Terms of Service, and ensure platform safety.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Stripe & Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our payment processor. When you make a purchase or receive a payout, your payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy. Members who receive payouts through our marketplace create a Stripe Connect account, and Stripe collects and processes the required identity and banking information directly. We do not store your full bank account or card details.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (a PostgreSQL-based database) with row-level security policies. Files you upload (music, photos, videos) are stored in cloud storage with access controls. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized administrators only.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing and Connect account management.
• Supabase: For database and file storage infrastructure.
• Our CRM platform: For contact management and communication tracking.
• Service providers: Third-party tools that help us operate the platform (email, analytics, hosting).
• Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect platform functionality.

9. Member-Uploaded Content

Members who upload music, photos, videos, and other content to the platform retain ownership of their intellectual property. By uploading content, you grant B & R Music Group a limited license to display and use that content for the purpose of operating the platform, including your public EPK, marketplace listings, and promotional features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content you submit.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, we retain transactional records for legal and accounting purposes for up to 7 years, while personal content and profile data may be deleted upon request within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

11. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify members of significant changes via email or an in-platform announcement. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
